There are multiple Programs in multiple disciplines both on line and as an accompaniment to your active physical training.The coaching programs here are for affiliates and work side by side with class plans and formats that help you run your classes and keep your learning curve constant.

conditioning
Based on the training for MMA ,Wrestling and BJJ.This is a 121 Program that can be booked at any time.Each session will vary and progressive.This means you will start from the bottom up.the start being a flexibility and ability assessment to see what ranges of motion ,strength and stamina you have and improve each session from there.
Flexibility
This is program is solely focussed on improving all rages of motions incorporating all areas of stretching muscle support and joint movement using techniques you would see in karate , gymnastics and even yoga to bring about a breath of fresh air to your daily tension.A 121 session 45 mins
Hybrid Boxing. (4 oz Gloves)
As more of a supplementary class this compliments any Grappling Class and an extra top up for kickboxing.It will keep you up to the urgency of a punch in the face or you can swerve the contact and enjoy the fitness and repetition of combinations.Bag and spadework, sparring for those who want to.
Class on Friday or a 121 basis
The main emphasis here is learning to parry rather than shelling up to stop punches to the head.
