Here at LA Hybrid catch, we are happy to be in a position where we have the highest level of technical knowledge in all areas of our classes, which consist of Catch-as-Catch-Can wrestling and Japanese Catch wrestling, we serve as the UK headquarters, making us a high-level coaching facility for this lineage of CACC. Our BJJ classes are led by the Rigan Machado BJJ coral belt and multiple Gi, NOGI, and ADCC world champion. Rigan Machado and I work in the film industry as fight choreographers and consultants for films such as Batman, X-Men, Matrix, Kingsman series, etc., to name a few. Les Allen himself is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Rigan Machado.

The LA Hybrid Catch syllabus is Les Allen's translation of his experience in Pancrase Japan under the tutelage of the famous Shamrocks and Funaki. As a student of Satoru Sayama, Les Allen’s knowledge of Japanese catch from this lineage adds another dimension unrivaled globally. 

Our kickboxing classes are based on freestyle karate from a Kyokushinkai and Shorinji Kempo background, featuring techniques that would make the best martial artists envious. Internationally renowned, all these classes leave no stone unturned and instill confidence in a very real, tried-and-tested environment on a world stage for success. Whether it’s competition, self-defense, fitness, or a new hobby, there is a class for everyone. All students, as part of their training, are well-versed in etiquette and mutual respect; we are a tribe that comes together as a great team.
